In our years of experience, we have partnered with a wide array of home builders, including Shea Homes, Toll Brothers, Tri Pointe Homes, Ashton Woods, Taylor Morrison, and more, to bring thriving communities to life across Houston. Some of our recent projects include Woodhavyn in Magnolia, Anderson Lake in Southwest Houston, and Pine Mill Ranch and Avalon at Pine Mill in Katy.

MAK Development also partnered with Shea Homes to develop Del Bello Lakes, an award-winning master-planned community in Manvel. This development was awarded a Texas Star Award by the Texas Association of Builders in 2022 as the Best Overall Community, 51-299 acres. We are proud to come alongside builders to create some of the state’s most successful and dynamic communities.
